Custom-made products and manufacturing on demand

In accordance with our print-on-demand operation, we do not accept returns or refunds for a simple change of mind .

Each creation is unique and made only to order, according to the customer's specifications.

Damaged products or manufacturing errors

If you notice a defect , a production error or damage upon receipt of your item, Solétia undertakes to find a rapid solution.

In this case, we propose:

  • A replacement at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund .

  • Your order number

  • A precise description of the problem encountered

  • Clear photographs of the product in question

Validation process

After receiving your request and supporting documents, we will analyze your file within 3 working days .
If your request is accepted, the replacement or refund will be triggered immediately.

Ineligible items

  • Returns due to a change of mind, a size error or an error in the delivery address entered by the customer cannot be accepted.

  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a proven defect.

Delivery and liability

Solétia cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.
However, we remain at your disposal to assist you in your efforts.
